Applicable Description: These Terms are a Global Universal Standardized Service Agreement, applicable to CineMix end users in all countries and regions, conforming to the International Internet Services Standards and the Global Universal Business Code, with no regional jurisdiction limitations.
1. Agreement Consciousness and Service Definition
1.1
These User Services Terms clearly define the legal rights, usage obligations, and boundaries of responsibility between users and operating entities in the use of Cinemix Video Aggregation, Classification Management, Local Playback, etc. during the entire Service process, constituting a complete and effective service compliance agreement between the two parties.
1.1.1
By downloading, installing, running and continuing to use this App, the User represents that he has fully read, fully understood and voluntarily accepted the full content of this Agreement. If the User does not agree with any of the terms, the User must immediately terminate use and uninstall this App.
2. Service Authorization and Use Limits
2.1
Operators grant users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal, non-commercial use of the App, including local video browsing, aggregated display, custom folder management, video editing, and other functional services, only on personal, private devices.
2.1.1
Users are prohibited from performing technical operations such as decompilation, reverse engineering, code tampering, secondary development, imitation and replication of this application, and the use of application functions and program bodies for commercial monetization, public distribution, third-party embedding, and other non-personal compliance scenarios.
3. User Compliance Use Guidelines
3.1
Users commit to strictly complying with digital content standards, copyright protection regulations, and international network protocols in their respective regions, and to use local video and audio management and playback tools in a legal and compliant manner during the use of the Cinemix service.
3.1.1
Users are not allowed to use this App to store, play, organize, or distribute pirated, violent, obscene, illegal, and illegal video content. Users are solely responsible for any legal disputes, liability, and financial losses arising from any illegal use.
4. Global Intellectual Property Protection
4.1
All of CineMix‘s code, interface visual design, interaction logic, video aggregation algorithms, classification management architecture, brand identification, and other intellectual property rights are exclusively owned by the operators and are fully protected by the International Intellectual Property Convention.
4.1.1
No individual or organization is permitted to copy, steal, alter, disseminate, or commercialize the core resources of this Product without the written authorization of the Operator. The Operator reserves all legal rights to terminate the service and seek compensation for any infringement.
5. Mechanism for Functional Iteration and Protocol Update
5.1
Based on technological upgrades, experience optimization, global compliance iteration, and feature expansion needs, operators reserve the right to adjust, update, and optimize product features and service forms at any time, continuously adapting to global user video and audio use scenarios.
5.1.1
The amendments to these Terms of Service will be announced through official channels and take effect immediately upon update. Users continue to use the product services as automatically acknowledging and accepting the full content of the latest version of the Agreement.
6. Service Stability and Exception Disclaimer
6.1
CineMix is a purely local offline video and audio tool with core functions that do not require network support. Operators continuously optimize product stability, compatibility, and operational efficiency to ensure a smooth and stable user experience.
6.1.1
Operators are not liable for any damage compensation due to external factors such as device system iterations, software and hardware conflicts, changes in system permissions, device failure, user private modification of terminal configuration, etc.
7. Termination of Service and Authority Control Rules
7.1
Operators have the right to unilaterally terminate users‘ use rights immediately, without prior notice, for users who have maliciously tampered with applications, violated commercial use, abused functionality, disseminated illegal content, violated the intellectual property rights of the platform, and interfered with the proper operation of the product.
7.1.1
Upon termination of service rights, users must immediately stop all product usage behaviors. Operators are not obligated to back up, restore, preserve local video on devices, self-create folder configuration, and other personal local data for users.
8. Third-Party Service Quarantine Standards
8.1
CineMix maintains a pure product ecosystem, without integrating any third-party advertising SDKs, data analysis tools, content push components, external hops, and paid services. It only calls the device‘s native file system for basic video reading functionality.
8.1.1
All data interactions and entitlement invocation behaviors between users and the device‘s native system are governed by the official service agreement of the corresponding system. Operators are not involved in the related operations and are not liable for any third-party liability.
9. Risk Ownership and Disclaimer General Rules
9.1
CineMix provides technical services only as a neutral video and audio management playback tool, does not produce, review, or hold any user-local video and audio content, and is not responsible for the legality, integrity, or security of user-local files.
9.1.1
Users bear full responsibility for data loss and risk losses caused by voluntary actions such as human mishandling, accidental file deletion, device damage, private tampering with applications, and actively authorizing third parties to read device data.
10. Dispute Negotiation and Post-Sales Consultation Mechanism
10.1
All disputes and disputes arising from this product and service are prioritized by both parties to be resolved using an international Universal Friendly Negotiation Model. Users can submit inquiries, complaints, and problem feedback through the official dedicated email address Aminusaadunabo20@gmail.com.
10.1.1
The disputed issues that failed to reach an agreement in negotiations will be dealt with according to the principles of international general business fairness, with no regional favoritism and special jurisdiction bias, and equal protection for the legitimate rights and interests of both parties.
